Our Mission

At ODOS Hermana A Hermana, we are a diverse collective of female entrepreneurs based in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Our mission is to foster a community of aligned sisters, including Afrocentric, Mexican, melanated, indigenous, and allies, who are dedicated to creating sustainable businesses in Mexico.

What We Do

As an organization, we serve as a vendor marketing platform, dedicated to promoting and hosting various events, network mixers, webinars, and seminars that address critical business resources, mentorship, coaching, collective economics education, and partnerships.

We strive to create a trusted and safe space that fosters transparency and holistic healing for those building or expanding their small businesses.

Our Foundation

Our inspiration lies in gatherings that are holistic, organic, and spiritual, connecting sisters (Hermanas) on their healing journey as they establish their businesses in the beautiful country of Mexico.

Above all, we are committed to connecting, promoting and supporting one another and the Hermana organization as a whole, working collaboratively to thrive in Playa Del Carmen, Quintana Roo.

Our Story

Founded by Lisa Riley, we proudly launched at the Cocreamos Holistic Healing Center in Playa Del Carmen in August 2022, as a testament to our dedication to this mission in Mexico.
