Two weeks ago Saturday, in the evening, under the stars at Be Playa Rooftop, we witnessed this magic firsthand during our inaugural Pillow Talk: Healing Conversations - Healing the Sister Wound from Within, with C'Sheriell of

Wellness by Sea.

The Call to Heal

Sisterhood is our birthright, yet so many of us carry invisible wounds—betrayal, competition, comparison, and unspoken pain that have kept us disconnected from each other and ourselves. These sister wounds run deep, whispered through generations, but they don't have to define our future.

Our founder Lisa Riley reflects on the evening: "We learned a lot in the first session. Most important, we need to learn to overcome our past and love ourselves!" This simple yet profound truth became the foundation of our circle.

Sacred Space, Sacred Stories

Guided by the luminous C'Sheriell, our facilitator and healer, many beautiful souls gathered with pillows, open hearts, and the courage to be seen. The energy was palpable—intentional conversations around triggers, old wounds, and the radical act of loving ourselves filled the sacred space we created together.

C'Sheriell words before the gathering still resonate: "You said yes to something big. You said yes to you... Healing can be messy. But showing up for yourself? Now, that takes courage and is quite the most sacred thing you could ever do."

Revelations in the Circle

As we moved through guided discussions, sound therapy, aromatherapy, and angel whispering, profound truths emerged from our sisterhood circle:

We are not the same person today as we were yesterday. This powerful reminder became our anchor—we are constantly evolving, growing, and transforming. Our past does not define our future.

Past behavior is not a predictor of future performance. We released this limiting belief together, understanding that healing creates new possibilities and new versions of ourselves.

Angel Whispering was transformative. The divine messages that flowed through our circle reminded each sister of her inherent worth and sacred purpose.

The Medicine of Sisterhood

Through mirror work and affirmations, oracle card readings and journaling, we remembered what it feels like to be held by the divine feminine. We practiced radical softness while speaking our truths. We witnessed each other's pain and celebrated each other's light.

This gathering proved that when women create safe, sacred spaces for one another, healing becomes inevitable. We become the medicine for each other's wounds.

A New Chapter in Sacred Sisterhood

As Lisa beautifully shared, "This is a loving, compassionate community of women who share a healing journey in common, learning forgiveness, building trust and creating alignment to erase old pain and trauma, allowing transformation into the new amazing person they desire to become."

The sister wound is real, but so is our capacity to heal it—together. When we choose vulnerability over perfection, connection over competition, and love over fear, we reclaim the sisterhood that is our divine birthright.
